Job Description :
The Company is seeking to appoint Design Engineers to be based at the Chennai office in India. The successful candidates will be required to produce/check steelwork connection design calculations using MathCAD and Master Series software.
You will have thorough knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals along with good mathematical and analytical skills.
Either a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a Master of Engineering
(Civil/Structural/Mechanical) is required.
3 years or more experience in steel design, of which a minimum of 2 years in connection design is required, including experience in working on large structural steel projects.
Knowledge of Euro and Canadian codes as well as AISC (ASD/LRFD) and Staad Pro is desirable.
